New Business Account Executive
Your Role as a Account Executive
As a Junior Account Executive, you will be working and learning in the first period. You'll start with an intensive training program, where you'll learn the technical side of new business sales, interspersed with product training, product market fit training, and consultative selling training. You'll learn and grow as a new business professional by not only identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing prospects but also by closing deals with new clients right from the start. You'll achieve this by providing advice and online demos of the Coosto platform, and if necessary, in-person meetings with clients. Your external contacts will include marketing, communication, PR, HR, and commercial managers. Everything revolves around growth and development, and after a year, you'll be promoted to a Medior Account Executive on your way to becoming a Senior Account Executive, where your results matter.
Coosto's New Business Team is a group of highly skilled professionals focused on identifying, advising, and convincing companies and organizations to incorporate the Coosto platform into their online marketing or business strategy. This team is the driving force behind Coosto's ongoing growth.
The ideal match
You are ambitious, energetic, persistent, and determined to win. Giving up is not in your vocabulary. You are eager to learn, and active listening is one of your core qualities. You want to develop and grow as a commercial professional. Additionally, you possess a strong sense of responsibility, you see the organization as your own business, and are highly independent. You also:
- Have a bachelor's degree or are in the final stages of your studies, preferably in the fields of commercial economics, communication, or marketing;
- Have 0-2 years of experience in a sales role;
- Have a positive attitude and strong improvisational skills;
- Are pragmatic, concrete, clear, and organized in your work;
- Have an excellent command of either the Dutch of Spanish language and a good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
- Are available for 32-40 hours per week.
